1. Artwork & Copyright

All artworks, images, and content on this website are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of x.Emmad Fine Art Photography.

Purchasing a print grants the buyer ownership of the physical artwork only.
No reproduction, resale, licensing, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

2. Limited Editions

• All limited edition prints are produced in strictly defined quantities.

• Edition size, print number, and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) details are final and cannot be altered once sold.

• Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.

3. Orders & Production

• All artworks are made to order using professional fine-art production partners.

• Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

• Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without notice.

• Payment is securely processed through Squarespace and its integrated payment providers.

In the event of a pricing or technical error, x.Emmad Fine Art Photography reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary.

• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees charged by their country.

• These charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
