Customs, VAT & Import Duties

Each artwork is produced on demand and fulfilled through our regional fine art production partners.

Norway

Orders within Norway are produced and shipped locally. All applicable taxes are included, and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

European Union (EU)

Orders for collectors within the European Union are produced and shipped within the EU.
VAT is handled at the production level, and artworks are delivered without additional import charges.

United Kingdom

Orders for collectors in the United Kingdom are produced and shipped within the UK.
Local VAT is handled at the production level, and no import duties apply.

United States

Orders for collectors in the United States are produced and shipped domestically.
Applicable sales tax may apply depending on the destination state.

Other International Destinations

For collectors outside the regions listed above, artworks may require international shipping.
Local customs duties or import VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the collector.

We always aim to fulfill orders locally whenever possible to minimize cross-border shipping and additional fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Every print is created specifically for each order. For this reason, all sales are final.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The artwork arrives damaged

• The wrong item is received

• There is a production defect

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the artwork

• Photos of the packaging

• The shipping label

If approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
